Rehab to Rent (or BRRRR) model is focused on buying residential properties that have rent upside as well as other value add potential. There is great opportunity to revitalize infill locations in and around the RTP by traditional rehab, but also to increase value by adding Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) and additional rental units.
With a shortage of rental properties happening as a result of a rising population and job growth, rental housing is in high demand. To maximize cash flow on a property, we also look at alternative rental strategies as furnished Mid-Term Rentals and Room Rentals as well as Corporate Rentals as opportunities.

Using his wide base of connections to brokers, investors and industry leaders, David has put together deals for joint ventures, debt & equity raises, acquisitions, and real estate sales. His experience spans from real estate finance, brokerage, sales, leasing, brokerage management, and brokerage franchising. David graduated from the UCLA and teaches Real Estate Principles at UC Irvine.
